LEN 63C eccentric press was built in 1978 in Slovakia by Smeral
Trnava. The machine is used for precision machining of workpieces such
as punching, cutting and stamping. All these machining processes are
performed with a high press force of 63 tonnes, which, combined with a
rigid design, ensures the production of parts with high repeatability
and excellent precision.
The flywheel speed and number of slider strokes are steplessly
adjusted by an inverter installed in the control system. This solution
makes it possible to precisely synchronise the machine with the sheet
metal feeder and the decoiler. A second, factory-installed control
system, on the other hand, allows the machine to maintain a constant
press force at maximum reduction of speed. The machine has CE
certification.
The LEN 63 C press on offer underwent an upgrade in 2023, during which
a new electrical system with inverter was installed. It is possible to
purchase the machine in three different variants:
– press alone
PRICE: 32 000 PLN (7500 EUR)
– press + PA sheet metal feeder (sheet metal width 120 mm, sheet
metal thickness 2.5 mm)
PRICE: 40 500 PLN (9500 EUR)
– press + sheet metal feeder PA (sheet metal width 120 mm, sheet
metal thickness 2.5 mm) + sheet metal decoiler 500 kg
PRICE: 42 600 PLN (10 000 EUR)
