SIMMECH SIMMFORM 2000 duct beader was built in 2009 in Poland by
SIMMECH s.c. The machine is used is designed to shape reinforcing
beads over entire sheet metal length. This type of machining increases
the stiffness of the material and its resistance to deformation while
maintaining a relatively low weight. The finished sheet metal can then
be used for the production of profiled sheet metal components or
subjected to further machining, including plasma cutting.
The SIMMECH SIMMFORM 2000 is designed for machining sheet metal with a
thickness ranging from 0,55 to 1,2 mm and a maximum width of 2050 mm.
The beading process is performed by gradually forming the moving
material using rollers. The maximum working speed is 11 m/min, and the
drive is provided by a high-performance R57SKH90L4 geared motor with a
power of 1,5 kW. The machine is operated manually, with the
possibility of setting the direction of rotation to the right or left.
The continuous operation of the process ensures a repeatable profile
along the entire length of the sheet. Two foldable work tables
facilitate working with large-sized sheets. The SIMMFORM 2000 beading
machine weighs 350 kg.
