PET Aseptic filling line Sidel
There are 2 capacities: 18.000 ltr./h and 27.000 ltr. / h - depending
on the bottle sizes
Capacity:
36.000 bph by 0,5 ltr. and 0,4 ltr.
18.000 bph by 1,5 ltr.

Aseptic line produces aseptic products and has been operating since
2006. All maintenance activities have been done twice / year according
to OEM specification and with original OEM parts by OEM service
technicians.
The line includes processing area (mixer, pasteurizer and aseptic
tank) APA platform (solution for sterilizing the PET bottles and
caps), filler, CIP modules for processing and filler, 4 cameras full
bottles inspector (360 degrees), accumulation table, labeling machines
(roll on and sleever) packer, palletizer and stretch wrapper. OEM for
the sensitive part of the line is Sidel and for processing – Tetra
Pak.
Over the years, all main electronic components are upgraded and
updated according to the OEM, based on availability on the market and
latest models.
The line is in a very good condition and it is still in production.The
line can be inspected.
The line is consiting of:
Blowing machines:
Sidel SBO (2 pcs) 18,000 bottles / hour each. Upgraded with new
preform chain design, pre-blowing and blowing block valve optimized in
2025.
Filling equipment:
1. Aseptic filler Sidel type FMI 70 with decontamination areas for
bottles and caps and 70 filling vales with sterile design. Change
parts for 0,4L, 0,5L and 1,5L bottles.
Filling speed: 36,000 bottles / hour for 0,5L and 0,4L and
18,000 bottles / hour for 1,5L bottles.
2. VBS liquid N2 dosing system with sterilization module
3. Capper (upgraded for tethered caps 38mm) – producer Zalkin
France
4. Data coder Videojet (ink) with tradability connection –
communication with filler PLC
5. Full bottle inspector (filling level and caps) Heuft – produced
in 2025
Packaging equipment:
1. Roll on labeling machine Contiroll (Krones – 2012) speed: 42,000
bottles / hour
2. Sleever labeling machine Sleevematic (Krones – 2017) speed:
42:000 bottles / hour
3. Automatic sleeve feeding system with a magazine of 6 sleeve reels
and automatic change, including buffer
4. Labeling inspector (Krones- 2017)
5. Sleeve steam oven (Krones – 2017)
6. Packer: Zambelli – 3000 packs / hour upgraded in 2025 (film
feeding and cutting system and software)
7. Palletizer (Sidel Cermex – 2006)

Processing Equipments:
1. Almix (Tetra Pak) – concentrate (powder) dissolving system

3. TADrink (Tetra Pak) – pasteurizer with tubular heat exchanger,
heat recovery, intermediate primary heating agent (steam / hot water/
product) and intermediate cooling agent (water with propylene
glycol/treated water/product)

b. Pasteurization temperature: 94-96 oC holding time between 20 and 40
seconds, realized by configuration of holding tubes.
c. Inlet temperature: 20 oC – outlet temperature 30 oC - 35 oC
d. Efficient vacuum deaeration system – DO for output product with
<2ppm
4. Sterile buffer tank: 24,000 liters with steam barriers and N2 head
space.
