New portable homogenizer with a rotor diameter of 145 mm, made of AISI 316L in all parts in contact with the product and polished finish Ra < 0.80 μm.
It withstands vacuum and a working pressure of 16 bar, and its motor has a power of 7.5 kW, which provides a rotational speed of 2,930 rpm.

It includes an atmospheric solids suction system, which allows the injection of powdered solids directly into the homogenizer suction. This process solves floating solids inclusion issues and improves processing time if all other ingredients are loaded through the hopper as they are added directly to the homogenizing chamber. The hopper has a capacity of 50 liters and has a butterfly valve, which allows both closing it and regulating the inlet flow.

All elements are mounted on a trolley with wheels for easy mobility.
