SERON 1315 EXPERT CNC milling machine built in Poland in 2017 is new
and has never been used. The machine designed and manufactured with
attention to the smallest details, is used for precision machining of
a wide range of materials such as mild metals, plastics, carbon, wood,
wood-like panels and glass.
All vibrations and deformations during the milling process are
eliminated by the high-quality ribbed steel construction with a T-slot
table made of aluminium profiles, with a length of 1500 mm and a width
of 1300 mm. The workspace is additionally equipped with a special PVC
overlay to protect the table cover while cutting the workpieces
through. At the end of the table there is a six-position linear
magazine with an automatic tool correction sensor.
The 1315 EXPERT machine axes are driven by highly dynamic and precise
brushless AC servo drives with back pressure, equipped with servo
amplifiers and high-performance planetary gears. These sub-assemblies
guarantee a lack of operating deviation by continuously controlling
the motor parameters and instantaneous transmission. To extend the
service life of all ball screws and bearings, they are lubricated by a
maintenance-free TIMKEN grease feed system.
The SERON EXPERT 1300 x 1500 CNC milling machine is equipped with a
highly efficient 4 kW HITECO brushless electro-spindle with the
possibility of operating the ATC (automatic tool changing) system.
Rotating at a maximum speed of 24000 rpm, the device is powered by an
inverter with overload protection and is air-cooled using fans.
The machine also includes the NK105G3-ATC control system with a range
of advanced and useful functions for machining unusual and complex
shapes, the CAD/CAM UCANCAM V10 software working in 2.5D standard for
creating machining programmes, as well as a set of T-slot table mounts
and a quick-clamping chuck.
