Well-maintained wave soldering system from the manufacturer SEHO
(built in 2005) including fluxer, ASYS lifting station, approx. 8
meter long ASYS conveyor belt (+ return) and optional solder stock for
sale. The system is in a good, fully operational condition and it is
currently running reliably in material-friendly single-shift operation
and has been continuously maintained according to the manufacturer's
specifications.
Technical core data:
• Manufacturer / model: SEHO MWS 2340-F
• Year of construction: 2005
• Nominal power: 38,000 W
• Usage: lead-free soldering under nitrogen supply
• Condition: Good, fully functional and regularly serviced
• Operating hours: According to the machine menu, currently 6,465.56
h (Important note: After a system crash or maintenance, the digital
counter has been zeroed. The actual running time is higher, but
corresponds to almost exclusive use in single-shift operation since
2005).

Automated goods carrier transport – feeding at the top to the
soldering system, return transport of the carriers via an integrated
lift system below the system from the manufacturer ASYS
• Soldering material (optional): Approx. 750 kg Balver Tin SN100C
(currently liquefied in the plant)
• Documentation: Technical documentation, maintenance plans and
circuit diagrams are available in manual form.
FAQs:
• Is the machine still energized and fully functional?
The system is currently still running reliably in daily
single-shift operation. It is fully functional and can be viewed in
real operation under power by arrangement.
• When would the system be available approximately?
The plant is approved for dismantling and removal from approx. week
51.
• What else do you envisage in terms of price?
We ask for a fair, market-driven bid based on the overall
equipment. Since the solder material (approx. 750 kg Balver Tin
SN100C) represents the largest individual material value, we offer two
options: The purchase can be made including the tin, or we skim off
the metal before handover and sell it separately.
