SAHINLER 4R HC 10-185 4-roll plate rolling machine was built in 2021
in Turkey by Şahinler Metal Makina Endüstri A.Ş. The machine,
distinguished by its high precision and efficiency, is designed to
roll conical forms from sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 4 mm.
The machining process is performed by four induction-hardened rollers
with their own drive, in the form of planetary gears and reliable
hydraulic motors. To ensure uninterrupted, long-term operation, each
of the four rollers has been subjected to prior heat treatment and
resistance tests. This solution, combined with the stable construction
made of high-quality steel, guarantees the achievement of high
repeatability of the manufactured parts. The 4R HC 10-185 plate
bending machine weigh 2545 kg.
