RUIAN KODA MACHINERY ENG-500 film glove production line, built in
China in 2020, is designed to produce high-quality double-layer film
gloves that are used in e.g. grocery shops or in production. The
high-quality steel construction of the automatic glove making machine
ensures high stability even at maximum production speeds of up to 500
gloves per minute.
The film glove production line uses moulds to produce disposable film
gloves with a maximum length of 400 mm and a width of 300 mm,
providing effective protection against viruses and bacteria. The 2.2
kW YASKAWA servo drive, which controls the entire process, ensures
high precision in feeding the material to the sealing position and the
sorting point of the final product.
The ENG-500 film glove making machine also allows the production of
other film products, such as breakfast pouches, after changing the
heat sealing dies. The automated disposable glove production line is
equipped with, among others, a PLC controller, an AISET temperature
controller and two copper sealing moulds. The total weight of the
machine is 1200 kg.
