Our KVK 5 is a semi-automatic rotary arm wrapper that, compared to our turntable wrappers, has the advantage that your pallets can be placed at ground level for the wrapping process. It is equally ideal for light and unstable as well as heavy packaged goods, as there are no centrifugal forces and no load-bearing capacity has to be observed. In addition, the KVK 5 model is equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% elongation. With this pre-stretching system, you can produce up to 3.5 m of film on the pallet from 1 m of film on the roll and reduce your material consumption enormously. With the KVK 5, there is only a minimum application tension, so that even light packaged goods are not pulled off the pallet. Only the application and separation of the film has to be done manually with this wrapper. The machine weight of almost 1000 kg shows how solid and stable this winder is. ...
