The RALC Italia Gemini 802 ST (built in 2016, serial number
8743-34-98) is an automatic tube processing line for cutting,
measuring and machining metal tubes. Equipped with a CNC-controlled
measuring and cutting unit, automatic feeding and hydraulic clamping
technology, it enables precise and efficient production. It is
controlled via a Siemens SIMATIC HMI control panel with integrated
safety functions. The machine shows typical signs of use, a technical
inspection is recommended.
The BOUS ROWAMAT RL 200 XP-V (built in 2010, production number VF
212/03/2010) is an industrial cleaning system for metal parts with
aqueous media. It has two tanks with a total capacity of approx. 880
litres, a heating capacity of 24 kW, extraction, T51262237 drying and
control via a Siemens SIMATIC panel. Operating voltage 230/400 V,
total consumption approx. 40 A, weight approx. 3,100 kg.
The system is suitable for the fully automatic processing and cleaning
of pipe materials in metalworking companies, pipeline construction or
automotive supply. Both machines are complete, functional, but used
and should be technically checked before recommissioning.
