Used sugar agglomeration line made by Olhmann. New 1996. Capacity ca. 600 kg of agglomerated sugar per shift. One batch = 100 kg and lasts 40 minutes. Short operating principle: ground sugar is thrown inside the agglomerator, at the bottom there is a sieve through which hot air from the steam exchanger throws the product upwards, which with the sprayed water causes the formation of very fine balls. The line requires process steam, an input of 8 bar.
