PONAR ŻYWIEC UT-090 H injection moulding machine was manufactured in
2001 in Poland. The machine, designed for plastic injection moulding,
is equipped with high-end components, increasing productivity and
ensuring high reliability. Located on the body of the injection
moulding machine, an operator’s panel with an installed MOOG-BUHL
CNC controller allows for complete automation of the injection process
and control of parameters.
Moulds with a minimum height of 225 mm, mounted on 615 x 615 mm
platens, are closed with a force of 90 tonnes by a hydraulic clamping
unit protected by fixed and movable guards. The combination of the
high clamping force of the mould, together with a powerful screw with
a diameter of 30 mm, guarantees the best quality of the manufactured
products. The extensive equipment offered with the UT 090 H injection
moulding machine includes a pneumatic plastic feeder and six
anti-vibration pads. The total weight of the machine is 5050 kg.
