CNC – controlled two-head double miter circular saw machine for the
rational cutting of profiles made of aluminium – non-ferrous metals
and various plastics. The machine can be used for single cutting –
to saw the profile with two saw heads at the same time – or in
automatic mode – here the two-head saw becomes a single-head saw
The PKM 500 DG model is available in two versions –
Version A – electrical / electronic miter adjustment of the saw
heads, miter angle infinitely programmable between +/- 20°, CNC
control with color graphics – profile drawings can be read as DXF
file – remote maintenance via TeamViewer – software for wing
cutting.
Version B - pneumatic miter adjustment of the saw heads to preset
stops, miter angle infinitely programmable between +/- 20°, CNC
control with simple color graphics with the possibility to create
cutting C51255809 lists.
