prior arrangement.

The machine can be used to continuously machine and rotate workpieces
up to a diameter of 800 mm in 5 axes.
The machine is equipped with a Heidenhain workpiece and tool probe,
two vices, the VERO clamping system from Schunk and around 79 tool
holders including tools.
The machine offers excellent versatility – thanks to the high
spindle speed of 15,000 rpm, it is suitable for machining soft metals
as well as for producing small and large workpieces.
The high machine rigidity and the innovative design principle also
enable the economical processing of difficult-to-machine metals
without sacrificing quality or precision.
The linear direct measuring system from Heidenhain, the stable
construction, C51263888 the high weight and the machine kinematics
with integrated Heidenhain probes ensure the highest precision.
The design principle – rotation of the workpiece and swivelling of
the spindle – prevents error overlapping and enables high-precision
machining of even large parts.
The machine has a 60-cavity tool magazine, high-pressure cooling with
an external tank, and we also supply an optimized post-processor for
EdgeCam.
