The following obligations are the responsibility and responsibility of
the successful tenderer, who undertakes to ensure their execution
within the terms indicated:
- Transfer / cancellation for export: to be completed within 20 days
of payment of the price (the procedure starts only after the payment
of the hammer price + Buyer's Premium + € 8.20 + VAT).
- Cancellation of prejudicial formalities: it is initiated and
completed within 20 days from when the Trustee sends the Delegated
Judge's authorization to the car practice agency.
- Pick-up of the vehicle: within 10 days of the transfer, after the
successful bidder has paid the agency the amount for the cancellation
of the formalities (with a receipt to be presented at collection). The
collection must be agreed with the Commission.

the following documents:
1. Copy of the transfer of ownership
2. Vehicle registration document with the new registered
property
3. Certificate of Ownership
4. Receipt for cancellations of encumbrances
