Persico's LEO SMART rotary machine enables biaxial rotational molding
for the production of high-volume hollow parts. It combines the stages
of loading, heating, rotating, cooling and unloading in an integrated
cycle. The thermal control system controlled by sensors and software
ensures consistent production quality. Two versions are available:
automatic or manual, depending on productivity needs. This machine is
particularly suitable for the manufacture of gas or liquid tanks,
marine buoys, large outdoor toys, etc. Designed for high industrial
reliability, it can operate autonomously or be integrated into a
semi-automated line.
