One PCA robot palletizing cell will be sold, which palletizes open trays onto a Euro plate. The output was previously 30 cartons per min., which were stacked in 5 pieces on top of each other in the robot cell. The robot then makes 5 movement strokes on the pallet. The work is done by a Kuka robot. The system is completely enclosed and has a pallet magazine, of which the pallet gripper lifts it to the M5524748 palletizing station. Details on the performance and dimensions of the palletizing system can be found in the photos. Videos of the system are available and can be sent.
