integrated shrink tunnel from the Italian quality manufacturer Pactur.
It is ideal for the quick and professional shrink-wrapping of
cardboard boxes, books, bottles, textiles or other packages.
The Ladypack 80/SI model is characterized by its enormous flexibility
and the very large welded frame.
It combines the welding and shrinking processes in a compact, mobile
station, which saves an enormous amount of space in the production
hall.
Impulse welding system: The angle welder works with a Teflonized
welding band. It produces clean, extremely tear-resistant parting
seams without smoke development.
Efficient shrink tunnel: The integrated tunnel has a closed air
circulation system with adjustable air deflectors.
This ensures completely uniform heat distribution and a perfectly
smooth shrinkage result – even with challenging product geometries.
Precise digital control: The clearly arranged control panel can be
used to adjust the welding time, cooling time of the welding strip and
the tunnel temperature to the exact degree of the film thickness (PO,
PE or PVC) used.
Heavy-duty conveyor belt: A durable, heat-resistant metal lattice belt
is installed in the tunnel.
It also transports heavy packages (e.g. printed matter, canned goods
or wooden parts) absolutely reliably.
Ergonomic feeding table: The separate, mobile preparation table allows
the products to be quickly threaded into the semi-tubular film.
The film unwinding runs smoothly with ball bearings.
