Used line for big-bag unloading, mixing, screening and packing powders
into bags
The line includes:
1. Station for emptying large-capacity bags.
As a stand-alone device, it is used to empty large-capacity bags in a
bagging line. The station consists of a stable supporting frame with a
discharge hopper with an iris closure, a tip and an emptying screw
feeder. The upper structure with a large-capacity bag suspended on a
removable suspended cross will be placed on the lower frame using a
high-lift truck. The cross on the upper structure is fitted with a
sliding fit - on four gas supports, which ensure gradual lifting of
the large-capacity bag during emptying, which ensures complete
emptying of the bag.

Material, workmanship, weight protection
The elements in contact with the transported material are made of
corrosion-resistant construction materials (food-grade stainless steel
17240), resistant to the effects of the material and the environment.
The remaining parts are made of commonly used structural steel and are
finished with an appropriate anti-corrosion layer.
