Hydraulically driven diamond wire sawing machine. - Vertical wire
sawing machine, combined with a swivel arm, for sawing various stone
materials such as granite, marble, basalt, as well as concrete and
artificial stone by means of a diamond rope.
The machine is suitable for hand-held straight cuts, for hand-held
cutting of circles with the circular cutting device and for hand-held
cutting of free contours with the copying device.
With the optional arc cutting device, semi-circular workpieces can be
sawn fully automatically from a block of stone (a sheet template is
required for each radius).
With the optional saw frame tilting device, bevel cuts of up to 45°
can also be made.

The maximum workpiece height that can be sawn with the machine is a
maximum of 550 mm, depending on the material to be sawn.

Various accessories are available for the machine at an additional
cost:
1. The optionally available sheet cutting device in conjunction with
sheet templates – this enables automatic cutting of radii.
2. The optionally available clamping column allows the clamping of
stone blocks up to approx. 1.5 m in length – with the clamping
column, the stone block can be processed on four sides.
3. The optional sliding table with motorized feed, which allows the
clamping of large and heavy stone blocks. - The stone block can be
pushed back and forth by motor.
4. A water basin with grates that can be walked on by the operator is
available, dimensions of the water basin 2m x 2m. - In connection with
the water basin, a flood cooling system is available and also a
separate water treatment plant.
