Refurbished OPS Ingersoll Gantry 800 Eagle die-sinking EDM machine –
technically and visually in top condition
The machine has been comprehensively and professionally overhauled in
our company and is in very good condition, both technically and
visually.
In the course of the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was
dismantled. All relevant wear parts were carefully checked and
replaced if necessary, including ball rollers and drive spindles. This
was followed by a complete geometric measurement, alignment and
additional control using a laser measuring system.
The machine bed and the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps
were disassembled, cleaned and overhauled. All hoses, including
hydraulic and compressed air hoses, have been completely renewed.
In addition, the machine has been completely repainted and also
presents itself visually in a very neat condition.
The generator and the control system were cleaned and technically
checked. The generator's air conditioner has also been cleaned to
ensure reliable cooling and stable operation.
Finally, the machine was subjected to an extensive EDM test in
accordance with OPS Ingersoll's quality and inspection
specifications.
The machine is ready for immediate use and is ideal for reliable
production operations.
