Table length: 1770 mm Table width: 1220 mm Ampere: 70 A The OPS INGERSOLL EDM machine GANTRY 1200 HSJ / 64 bit, built in 2006, has been comprehensively and professionally overhauled in our company and is in very good condition, both technically and visually.
In the course of the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was dismantled. All relevant wear parts have been carefully checked.
The following overhaul work was carried out on the above-mentioned machine:

Replacement of ball screw and ball bearings of the X, Y and Z axis.
Replacement of all (4) ball screws of the tank drive.
Inspection and test of the C-axis for tightness and accuracy
Geometric verification of all axes according to OPS INGERSOLL protocol.
Basic cleaning of the complete machine base.
Cleaning of the complete working tank including replacement of the felt scrapers.
Complete painting of the machine.
Overhaul of the dielectric pumps.
Replacement of all hydraulic and dielectric lines.
Replacement of all pneumatic cables.
Cleaning of the control cabinet, generator and control system.
Replacement of all fans and batteries.
Overhaul if necessary, replacement of all power supplies, units and servo amplifiers.
Laser measurement after overhaul of the machine.
