Serialization solution for folding cartons
(Track & Trace)
This automatic serialization solution has a maximum output of 300
folding cartons/min.
The system can be used in a line configuration with automatic product
feed or as a stand-alone unit with manual product feed. Retrofitting
into packaging lines is possible at any time.
The objects to be inspected are fed in from the left side via a 500 x
200 mm (width-adjustable) infeed belt. The objects are transferred
individually to the TQS InkPrint printing system and pass through a
light barrier. The folding carton picked up by the printing system is
printed on both sides according to the specified settings, if
necessary. The folding carton is then evaluated by a camera system.
Objects identified as defective are pneumatically ejected at the end
of the discharge belt. After print verification, objects that are
found to be good are conveyed to the right via the discharge belt (600
x 200 mm).

The control elements and electrical components are housed in a switch
box above the serialization system. This section also contains a
15-inch touchscreen with a control menu that can be used to enter and
retrieve settings.
