This dual-lane, automatic checkweigher is designed to check folding
boxes or similar objects for
a specified weight.
The objects to be checked are fed in via an
infeed belt (300 x 150 mm) from the right-hand
side. The objects are transferred individually
to the weighing belt (300 mm long x 150 mm wide)
and pass through a light barrier. The actual value recorded by the
load cell
is evaluated according to
the specified setting of the
working points; objects recognized as defective
are ejected by
pneumatically raising the
discharge belt.
Objects that are found to be good are
transported via the discharge belt (300 x 150 mm) to the left side
of the scale.
The weighing range is between 10 and 100
g, and the nominal accuracy range is specified as e =
0.1 g.
