The NETZSCH NM045BY02S12B NEMO® pump is a progressing cavity pump (also known as a mono or screw pump), engineered for the continuous and gentle transfer of challenging media. This pump operates on the well-proven progressing cavity principle, consisting of two primary components: a precision-machined helical rotor and a resilient elastomer stator. The rotor features a single-helix design with a large pitch, deep thread profile, and small core diameter. As the rotor rotates eccentrically within the stator, sealed cavities are formed that convey the product continuously and pulsation-free from inlet to outlet. This pump is previously used in a dairy factory. Motor: 2,2 kW - 230/400 V - 50 Hz - 1.440 rpm - 9,0/5,22 A. Connections on the inlet/outlet: - DN 80. Current capacity: 1.000 - 2.500 ltr/h. Pressure: up to 8 bar. Rotor speed: 70 - 180 rpm., Key Advantages:, - Valve-free design with stable, proportional flow rate relative to rotor speed., - Excellent self-priming and suction capability., - Suitable for inhomogeneous, viscous, abrasive, gaseous, and solids-laden media., - H6353732 Gentle product handling, ideal for shear-sensitive materials., - Capable of dosing applications., - Designed for Cleaning-in-Place (CIP)., Limitation:, - The pump must not be operated dry. Even short periods of dry running may result in stator damage., Type of Machine: Progressing Cavity Pump, Stock Number: 1374, Capacity: 1.000 - 2.500 ltr/h, Maximum product pressure: up to 8 bar, Rotor speed: 70 - 180 rpm, Motor: 2,2 kW - 230/400 V - 50 Hz - 1.440 rpm - 9,0/5,22 A
