This used SCHLATTER MG line was specially developed for the economical production of light and heavy standard bearing mats in medium and large series. The line wires are drawn directly from spools, while the cross wires are precisely straightened, cut to length and fed into the welding system from a large magazine. This concept enables fast changeover times and ensures maximum flexibility – a clear advantage when tapping into new markets. On request, and for an additional charge, the relevant straightening machines for the cross wires are available, as well as a comprehensive range of accessories, spare parts and a wear parts pack.
