The new 90-HCI cartoning machine impresses with its high performance,
precise product guidance and maximum efficiency – even for complex
packaging tasks.
It has been specially developed for applications in which several
products or bags are grouped together and then automatically inserted
into a folding box. This makes the 90-HCI particularly suitable for
packaging lines with high throughput and variable product
diversity.
The machine achieves a maximum output of up to 90 cycles per
minute.
The carton sizes that can be processed vary depending on the grouping
and arrangement of the products on the feed belt:
Box width (A): 40–310 mm
Box height (W): 15–100 mm
Box depth (H): 80–350 mm
