MACRI ITALIA PROVAR 6-45 U-D tube and profile bending machine was
built in 2015 in Italy by Macri Italia srl. The machine, designed for
precision bending of tubes and profiles with a maximum diameter of 45
mm, is an answer to the daily challenges of modern business. The
machining process is performed by means of a moving head with
reinforced gears, which allows the bending of standard and variable
radiuses in 6 axes (X,Y,Z,B1,B2,A). Each axis, in turn, is driven by
brushless servomotors, which ensure the achievement of high dynamics,
combined with excellent positioning accuracy. The machine’s
extensive range of equipment includes e.g. state-of-the-art MACRI
software with many useful functions and the ability to run a
anti-collision test with 3D simulation. The PROVAR 6-45 U-D mandrel
bending machine weighs 4000 kg.
