LASCO FP 222 S hydraulic press was built in Germany by Lasco
Umformtechnik GmbH. The machine has been continuously maintained and
upgraded throughout its service life. In 2022, a major upgrade was
carried out, which included replacing the electrical cabinet,
installing light curtains and adding a SIEMENS SIMATIC HMI TOUCH
touchscreen operator panel.
The LASCO FP 222 S is an extremely versatile hydraulic press designed
for the production of extremely precise, repeatable and yet complex
components used in the broadly defined automotive or machinery
industry. Its main application is hot and cold forging. The use of a
die cushio in the lower work table and the large slider stroke means
that the machine can also be used as a deep drawing press. All
machining processes are performed with a high press force of up to 200
tonnes, which, combined with the highly dynamic slider, guarantees the
best machining results. The large work table with a length of 870 mm
and a width of 1600 mm is equipped with ejectors at the top and
bottom. Thanks to its design and perfectly matched parameters, this
press also enables other operations to be carried out, such as
stamping and punching. The LASCO press weighs approximately 56
tonnes.
