The patented Vetamat system reliably separates metal
chips from coolant. The systems achieve a throughput of up to 2,000
kg/h. The complete systems include a centrifuge, a chip conveyor with
tank, a sump, and a control system. Depending on the type of material,
you can choose between a parabolic centrifuge or a scraper-bottom
centrifuge.
Thanks to the modular system, the Vetamat system can
be optionally expanded with a chip crusher, a large-part sluice, or a
lifting & tipping device, as well as coolant treatment.
