The complete PET filling line is designed for the production of still water and covers the entire process from preform feeding to the palletized end product. The line includes preform feeding, PET bottle blow molding, bottle washing and gravity filling, capping with pre-turned plastic closures, labeling, bottle inspection, conveying, shrink wrapping, palletizing and stretch film wrapping. All machines are integrated to ensure stable operation, high efficiency and consistent performance at a rated speed of up to 43,000 bottles per hour.
The system consists of a KHS INNOPAL RK6-350 palletizer from 2004, a KUKA KR 360/1 industrial robot and a Siemens Simatic S7 automation controller. The system is suitable for the automatic palletizing of cartons, bottles or PET-packaged products.
