It cleans and de-labels empty bottles before filling: bottles are pushed into carrier-basket cells, run on heavy roller chains through a pre-soak, two pre-warming baths, the main caustic soak with under- and over-caustic label flushing, and three water spray zones, then handed back onto the bottle conveyor at discharge.
