IMA Matic 90 capsule filler - technical characteristics:
Output up to 90,000 capsules per hour.
Capable of filling powders, pellets, and granules - currently set for
powder.
Including:
• Capsule sorter
• Vacuum Pump - for capsule separation and cleaning.
• Aspiration – Dust Extraction Unit - manages dust collection
during the filling process.
Matic 90 was the first IMA Italy design for fully automated capsule
filling and closing machine - "no operator required" operation once
set up.
All sanitary stainless steel contact parts.
Dosing Method: typically utilizes a dosing disc principle where powder
is progressively tamped into five sets of cavities to form a plug
before ejection into the capsule body.
All the Matic 90 operations are governed and run by the machine
itself, once set up - including:
• automatic capsule choice and feeding
• automatic feeding of the product to be dosed

• automatic feedback of all operating parameters
• finished product check and handling
