This COMPACTBLOCK is designed for filling carbonated products such as
carbonated beer, cider, water and soft drinks into glass bottles and
capping them with crown caps. PET bottles can also be filled with this
machine. On request, it can be equipped with various sealing
machines.
The machine frame is made of stainless steel and stands on wheels with
brakes for easy mobility.
The fully automatic filling cycle is carried out via a PLC (which can
be fully customized by the customer) for pre-evacuation, CO²
injection, filling and degassing. This is necessary for
oxygen-sensitive products such as beer or cider to reduce the
dissolved oxygen content in the bottles as much as possible after
capping.

CO² injection into the neck of the bottle before capping to remove
residual oxygen in the neck of the bottle.
Spray ball in the collection tank and CIP in continuous motion for
high-pressure cleaning of the internal parts of the system in contact
with the product.
The COMPACTBLOCK is also available in configurations 221, 441, 442 and
661.
IC FILLING SYSTEMS also supplies the counter-pressure filler in
stand-alone configurations with 2, 4 and 6 valves.
