STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed ST series motorized hydraulic presses, with movable
gantry and adjustable head, available in three powers from 80 to 150
tons.
They are specifically designed for the straightening of welded
structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.
Its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large parts,
plates or structures, optimising working times.
Thanks to the lateral displacement of the cylinder and the
longitudinal movement of the gantry, different pressure points can be
accessed without the need to move the workpiece.
STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The ST series hydraulic presses consist of an electro-welded structure
made exclusively of S355JR steel.
The structure is stabilized and machined at the end of the welding
process, ensuring perfect parallelism and high precision.
The design has been calculated and verified using finite element
software, ensuring our high standards of quality, rigidity and
precision.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with lapped liner, chrome plunger and
maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
The cylinder is operated by a hydraulic lever distributor.
It has a removable case plate, which prevents the piston from
deteriorating.
Two-speed motorized hydraulic unit, with:
• Automatic approach speed switch-off by hydraulic pressure
• Decompression valve
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SECURITY:
Electrical installation equipped with an engine guard with emergency
stop. The machines are supplied with a glycerin pressure gauge with
reading in tons and hydraulic oil.
