HAAS ST-10 CNC turning center was built in 2015 in the United States
by HAAS AUTOMATION, INC. The machine is designed for the production of
precision parts used in various industries. It enables the efficient
turning of workpieces with a maximum diameter of 305 mm and a length
of 406 mm.
Machining is performed using a spindle with a maximum rotational speed
of 6000 rpm. The HAAS ST-10 works in two axes, X and Z, with feeds of
200 mm and 406 mm respectively. The turret allows for the use of
different tools during machining and enables their rapid exchange. All
this is complemented by a compact, highly rigid design.
The ST-10 CNC lathe is operated using an intuitive HAAS CNC controller
with access to numerous advanced functions. The machine is also
equipped with a measuring probe and a chip conveyor designed to
automatically remove chips from the work area. The total weight of the
machine is approximately 3000 kg.
