This Groninger filling line was only occasionally used for short runs
– therefore it is in outstanding condition with low hours.
The line is primarily a used monoblock bottle filler and capper.
Working Description
Maximum output up to 60 BPM (depending on the container size and
capping solution) with dose size up to 260 ml.
The line is suitable for:
• Filling liquids, including alcohol-based products
• Pharma grade dose accuracy: +/- 0.5 %
• Applying push-up spray caps
• Closing with push-ups spray caps
• Application of atomiser - applicator
• Standard screw and push on caps
• Over cap application
This unit comes in explosion-proof design, all electrical components
inside the housing and outside are in Ex design, main control panel is
explosion-protected by compressed air flow (air pressure drop below 4
Bar will cause the power supply to be switched off).
Technical Information:
1/ Groninger DTE-600 rotary table - sorter with tray loader for glass
bottles. An empty bottle sorter loading station. Built with feed
plates, pusher and lid, it is designed for handling glass bottles and
glass bottles with PVC sleeves.
2/ Groninger ZSB-600 bottle sorter for PE bottles with tilted lid.
3/ Groninger DE-100 mobile bottle elevator for feeding PE bottles to
the ZSB 600 sorter
Units 1/ 2/ 3/ feed the automatic Groninger AAVK 300 container and
bottle sterilising - cleaning unit:
3/ Groninger AAVK 300 automatic rotary bottle sterilising - cleaning
unit: rated up to 120 BPM (if operating as an independent, stand-alone
unit).
The containers arrive in the infeed star wheel standing upright, where
they are seized by transport 3-head grippers (x 12) which turn the
containers upside down (by 180°) for sterilising blowing-out and
aspiration via 3 needles station. The grippers heads are adjustable to
cover a wide range of different format sizes. Before being transferred
to the discharge star wheel, the containers are again turned by 180°,
back into their original positions. Interconnecting conveyor delivers
pre-cleaned bottles into Groninger KFVG 301 filling and capping
unit.
4/ Monoblock filler and capper KFVG 201 with 3-head filling station,
pump application station, pre-clamping and closing with pumps with
head for splash and without, applicator - atomizer station. Comes
with:
• 10 Litre glass product container placed in a plastic
coating that prevents the tank from breaking - with minimum and
maximum control levels.
• Vibrating sorter 1. for sorting and feeding pumps,
connected by means of a conveyor with the station (to apply P51264467
push-ups spray caps).
• Vibrating sorter 2. for sorting cap, cap feeding
equipment or applicator for pump caps.
• Transporter with station overlapping these elements
• Control Panel
• Laminar flow with HEPA filters fitted over the filling
and closing / capping.
