GM-SB-38CNC-2A1S mandrel bending machine was built in 2022 in China by
ZHANGJIAGANG KING-MACC MACHINERY MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. The machine
is used for precision bending of bars, profiles and tubes with a
maximum diameter of 38 mm. The process is performed by means of a
reliable working head, operating in manual or automatic mode. In order
to guarantee high positioning dynamics combined with excellent
positioning accuracy, all axes are equipped with powerful servomotors.
Ease of operation is ensured by a convenient operator panel with PLC
control. Its large memory enables the storage of up to 200 working
programmes, as well as the rapid programming of even the most complex
shapes. All this makes the GM-SB-38CNC the perfect solution for any
production facility. The GM-SB-38CNC-2A1S tube and profile bending
machine weighs 2000 kg.
