The tray / carton erector has 2 Nordson hot glue devices (Pro Blue) each and is completely built in V2 A (also the control cabinet). The system is adjustable in terms of cardboard height and width as well as length, but are set to a currently fixed level. The systems are in a very good used condition as they were in stock after a factory closure (optical condition is almost as new). The special feature of the system is that a vision system (by KEYENCE) is installed in the system, which can check a correct insertion of the package leaflet or the spoon and can stop the system if it is not executed correctly (looks at the tray from above).
