Semi-automatic flocking system

The system is used for coating and with different materials.
It is also conceivable to use it as a painting system.
In this particular case, the inner parts were coated by handheld compartments for the automotive industry.
The handheld boxes hung on a chain conveyor belt and were first sprayed with glue by hand. Afterwards, the boxes B4419740 were sprayed with the flocking material in the individual flock cabins. The spraying direction changes from station to station.
