Glatt GC Smart 350 Drum Coater for Tablets
Used Glatt GC Smart 350 drum coater, built in 2014, for film coating
and coating of tablets. The system has a fully perforated stainless
steel drum with a usable volume of 331 liters. With an assumed product
density of 0.8 kg/dm³, the specified batch size is 79–265 kg.
The equipment includes a spraying device with peristaltic pump,
extensive supply and exhaust air technology and a WIP cleaning
station. The system was in use from 2015 to 2021 with a stated
capacity utilization of approx. 10–15% per year. According to
available information, the operating hours are approx. 1,900 hours.
The system has already been dismantled and stored in the Frankfurt am
Main/Höchst area. The product photos show a similar coater;
deviations from the offered system are possible.
