Fluidbed Dryer / Spray Granulator

This steam-heated Fluidbed Dryer / Spray Granulator is designed to
handle batches of between
5 and 25 kg and comprises of a separate filter- and spray compartment
with a removable
stainless steel product containers. The base of the product container
is fitted with wire mesh
supporting fine stainless steel screens. This plant is offered
complete with two product containers
Ø 300 mm x 300 mm depth and Ø 550 x 300 mm depth.

A steam-heat register (24,080 Kcal/h)
An air management system for fresh air
An explosion protection valve (control filter without fuse)
