Product to be dried or granulated is placed into the
stainless steel product container. The container is then
inserted into the filter housing and the whole assembly
is sealed by a hydraulic lifting device, which seals the
bottom of the container. Air can now be drawn through
the assembly, drying, fluidising and mixing the product.
The airflow is produced by a 2,2 kW fan – the air is
passed through a 4 kW heating register where it is
heated to the required temperature. It then flows
through the perforated base of the product container
and through the product. A sight glass allows
observation of the process.
The GPCG 1 is offered complete with with a Spray
Lance and Spray Pump. The spray lance is mounted
at the rear of the product container and is inserted into
the filter housing at an angle of 45°.
