AGEING OVEN FOR ALUMINUM EXTRUSIONS The aging furnaces are used in the aluminium profile industry for the elimination of internal stresses of aluminum materials after extrusion and for hardening them. The ovens are custom designed as batch type with high speed ventilation and high efficiency in order to achieve needed hardness demand on the aluminum work pieces. Motion of the batches is done by a ground trolley or a ground conveyor system. The oven door could be an automatic guillotine type or manual hinged door.
