High-quality airpad machine from a reputable manufacturer. Suitable for the production of individually defined air-filled protective and filling elements made of PA and PE film.

Usually, four air cushions are created per work cycle. Different formats can be produced. For this purpose, 10 programs are available for storing several parameters. By calling up the corresponding program in the display, air cushions from 4 cm to 16 cm in length and individually defined filling levels can be produced. The resulting air cushion membranes are wound into rolls by means of a motorized device. When the roll is full, the P4440912 machine automatically shuts down. Then the finished roll can be removed manually and then used as packaging material.

The machine can be pushed over rollers and fixed by brakes.

The machine can be demonstrated under electricity.
