Specifications Dimensions: 795 x 530 mm Height: 1020 mm El. Connection: 230 V, 50 Hz Description: Removal and placement on the tray is carried out with the help of a carrier integrated into the drawer. When the carrier is lifted out of the drawer, the lye dough pieces are lifted off the leaching grid and can be conveniently placed on a baking tray. There is no possibility for the operating staff to come into contact with the lye at any time! The lye circuit is fed from a swap tank. A suction pipe and a return hose are inserted into the swap body. After about 3000 pretzels, the lye is used up. The caustic solution is changed by simply replugging the suction pipe and drain hose into a new drum. The swap bodies are tightly screwed together and can therefore be safely transported back to the bakery, washed out and refilled. There is therefore no need to change pretzels in the store. ...
