Procedure description:
The principle of wet blasting technology has proven itself for several
decades as an extremely effective and powerful cleaning system.
The ET 6600 wet blasting machine is a rotary table-based wet blasting
machine based on a wheel that is designed in particular to remove
impurities such as oils, greases, emulsions, rust, scale, paint or
other organic impurities from components. The system is equipped as
standard with a process chamber, 2 blast wheels, a spray nozzle /
blow-off register and a turntable, which rotates components in front
of the blast wheels or the spray nozzle / blow-off register and thus
enables all areas to be cleaned on the components to be processed in a
multi-stage process (blasting + washing + rinsing + post-drying).
