The Engineering Services Northland Ltd. Casein Mincer is an
industrial-grade processing machine designed for use in the dairy and
broader food industries. It is primarily used to reduce curd or other
soft solids to a uniform particle size, facilitating downstream
operations such as washing, drying, whey separation, and preparation
for cheese or casein production. The machine is constructed entirely
from food-grade stainless steel and features robust bearing housings
and mechanical seals suitable for continuous industrial operation.
Particle size can be accurately controlled through interchangeable and
adjustable mincing plates. The unit is fully compatible with CIP
(clean-in-place) systems, ensuring efficient and hygienic cleaning.
The mincer was previously operated in a casein production facility and
