On behalf of Reichenbacher Zerspanungstechnik GmbH, we are selling a
package of a total of five EMAG CNC vertical turning centers, all
built in 2017, from an ongoing precision machining company. The
machines have been operated by qualified personnel, regularly
maintained and are – according to their age – in good,
well-maintained condition.
Composition of the package:
– 3x EMAG VL 4 vertical turning centers (chuck parts)
– 2x EMAG VT 2-4 vertical turning centers (shaft production)

– VL4 "Christin", built in 2017, SN 109014, approx. 9,928 operating
hours, condition: good
– VL4 "Leon", built in 2017, SN 108792, approx. 11,677 operating
hours, condition: good, special feature: steady rest available for
attachment, quill in need of repair, safety windows of the front doors
need to be replaced
– VL4 "Yasmine", built in 2017, SN 109009, approx. 15,878 operating
hours, condition: good, special features: monitor defective,
stationary damage, no coolant pump installed
– VT2-4 "Lisa", year 2017, SN 108938, approx. 20,208 / 20,241
operating hours (spindles), condition: good, note: safety windows of
the front doors must be replaced
– VT2-4 "Emil", year 2017, SN 108984, approx. 18,267 / 17,989
operating hours (spindles), condition: good

Sold individually or as a package:
The machines can be taken over individually or as a complete package.
A package sale is expressly preferred and can be attractively
priced.
Documents & Accessories:
Detailed exposés, technical data, original photos and an overview of
existing tool holders, driven tools and documentation are available
for the machines. We will be happy to send these on request.
Inspection & Handling:
Viewing possible by appointment. Sales from site, dismantling, loading
and transport can be organised by arrangement.
