ELB PERFEKT BD10 SPS surface grinding machine was built in 2004 in
Germany by ELB-Schliff Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH. The machine is used for
precision grinding of workpieces with a maximum weight of 1000 kg. The
machining process is carried out fully automatically on a large
magnetic plate or directly on the work table. The grinding head,
consisting of a spindle and grinding wheel, moves along guide rails to
ensure an even and accurate surface finish. The ELB SCHLIFF PERFEKT
BD10 SPS magnetic surface grinding machine is also equipped with,
among others, a cooling system with a belt paper filter, which cleans
the coolant after machining and allows it to be reused in the next
process. The total weight of the machine is 6300 kg.
